Swala Hunting Safaris is the brainchild of Bryn Thomas who wanted to set up the ultimate haven for plains game hunters and bird hunters alike.
After twenty years of shooting and hunting experience around the world, Bryn decided to look for the perfect location to build the ultimate shooting lodge of his own.
Swala Lodge is a privately owned game reserve in South Africa where parties enjoy hunting in the beauty, peace and tranquillity of the Springbok Flats in the foothills of the Waterburg Mountains.
The Lodge is luxurious and is purpose built from traditional locally produced materials. It is equipped with 7 en-suite bedrooms, large dining and lounge areas. There is a heated swimming pool and large Lapa (porch) where guests can also dine and spend time when not hunting.
Bryn originates from Wales and uses Swala Lodge as his personal retreat to further his interests in conservation and hunting. All the facilities of the Lodge are available for the exclusive use of guests.

LOCATION
The hunting lodge should be located in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. It must be easily accessible and within a reasonable distance of a large international airport.
